Description
The Thwaites 3 Tonne Electric Power Swivel is a fully electric site dumper with a 3,000 kg payload and a 1,640 l skip capacity (heaped). According to the manufacturer, four lithium-ion batteries (48 V, 22 kWh in total) deliver a full 8-hour working day on a single charge, and the built-in 3 kW charger recharges the batteries in about 8 hours (three-phase supply). The machine runs with zero exhaust emissions.
The Power Swivel skip rotates 90° to each side, so the load can be tipped to the side without turning the whole machine. Standard equipment includes a ROPS frame, a spring-applied hydraulic-release (SAHR) parking brake and a towing bracket.
